Quality and food safety systems
We can work with you documenting and implementing quality and food safety management systems such as GLOBALG.A.P., Retailer specific GAP and GMP programs, HACCP, BRC Food, BRC Storage & Distribution, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 and Organic to name a few.

We also work with existing systems, conducting gap analyses and pre-audits, recommending and assisting your management team to streamline, consolidate, simplify and improve your quality and food safety management system. If desired, we also document and implement business specific quality and food safety systems to suit your needs.

If required, we would be able to help arrange and schedule your next required audit. We would gladly assist you during the entire audit process and contribute by reducing unnecessary tension and stress.

We would also be able to assist in resolving any possible non-conformances identified during the audit, helping you with identification and documentation of corrective and preventative actions.

Risk management
We are able to assist you with various validation and verification activities, helping you to ensure that your quality management system will always be in line with the required standards. We are able to conduct complete risk assessments based on five hazards – physical, chemical, biological, allergen and quality to help you protect your brand, your people and your business.

Product and process improvement
If you require help with designing process lines and starting up a new line or plant we have expertise and reputable contacts to assist you. Largely, we assist our clients by making suggestions and recommendations of how they can improve their process; meeting internal and customer specifications.

Product and label compliance
We can complete your product labelling, Vital tool, PIFS, Allergen Risk Assessment, fill out and manage product and customer specifications. We can assist you with formulation control and calculate your nutritional information panel (NIP), assist you with meeting claims made on packaging or being innovative and suggesting product claims you can make. We can even assist you with your product development needs.

Training and coaching
We develop business specific quality and food safety training programs. We work with you to identify gaps in your system and then develop training programs that are effective and cost competitive. The training we complete is on site and interactive. It is for all levels of the organisation starting from executive level, covering all company associates and key roles. We can present advanced, yet practical training in some of the most widely used local and international standards as previously mentioned. If required, we would also be able to assist with official BRC ATP (Approved Training Provider) training, also provided by an experienced BRC Food Auditor who is well known in the industry. Our goal is to provide you with training that effectively improves your food safety culture, helping your food safety team to understand the requirements of local and international food safety standards.

We offer the following training services:

  • Introduction to ISO 22000 (6 hour training course aimed at the HACCP team, internal auditors, supervisors and top management level)
  • Introduction to HACCP (6 hour training course aimed at the HACCP team, internal auditors, supervisors and top management level)
  • Intermediate HACCP training (2 day training aimed at the HACCP team leader and HACCP team members with no previous HACCP training)
  • Basic Food Safety and Food Hygiene (2 hour training course aimed at the hotel and restaurant industry, factory workers, supervisors and relevant management)
  • GMP training (1 day training course aimed at the HACCP team, internal auditors, supervisors and key staff members
  • ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 (2 day training course aimed at the HACCP Team, Internal Auditors and relevant management
  • BRC Food, Issue 6 (2 Day training course aimed at the HACCP team and relevant management)
  • Internal Auditing of food safety systems (1 day training course aimed at internal auditors and relevant management
  • Overview of GLOBALG.A.P. Version 4 (1 Day refresher training program to review the compliance criteria of the standard)
  • Introduction to GLOBALG.A.P. Version 4 (2 Day training session to address all requirements and compliance criteria of the standard)
